We advise our clients on competition law aspects of commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions and their dealings with competitors, suppliers and customers. We proactively assist them with the introduction and implementation of compliance programs and prepare for and assist them during investigations by competition and regulatory authorities. We are well-experienced in litigation before the Dutch civil and administrative courts as well as before the European Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance.
