Since opening in 2003, our Italian team has grown from less than 10 lawyers to nearly 100. We have been recognised by some of the most prestigious legal directories and institutions for our expertise, and rewarded repeatedly with our clients’ loyalty.
Our two Italian offices in Rome and Milan provide assistance on corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency, real estate, employment and antitrust, tax, dispute resolution, and privacy and data protection.
