The Life Sciences Department acts for health product manufacturers and distributors with regard to a wide variety of products specific to the sector area. The expertise of the Life Sciences group focuses on the following core areas: product liability, advertising, negotiation and litigation with health authorities, unfair competition, biomedical research, DMOS (the so-called "anti-gift" law) and criminal assistance

In order to offer the best legal advice, this team works in close relationship with the firm’s other teams (public law, data protection law, competition law and company law among others).
