Roland Borsdorff is associate in the Corporate/M&A practice based in our Hamburg office. He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as on corporate, commercial and real estate matters. He is specialized on corporate and real estate transactions, project developments, financings, corporate restructurings and joint ventures.

Roland attended the law schools of the universities in Passau and Bonn. He received his LL.M. degree from Northwestern University in Chicago and a PhD from the University of Jena. Roland was admitted to the German bar in 2008. Prior to joining Bird & Bird he worked 3 years for Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in Berlin.
