Anna joined us in 2012 and is an Associate in our Commercial team, based in London. 

Anna has advised on a diverse range of both private and public sector commercial contracts in the IT, healthcare, defence, maritime, manufacturing, insurance, energy and media sectors. She acts for both customers and suppliers.

Anna advises both UK and international clients on a range of commercial issues, including outsourcing, supply, distribution, agency and franchising arrangements, IP and content licensing, general commercial terms and conditions and commercial due diligence.

Anna trained with a leading city law firm and qualified in 2008. 

Anna speaks French and Spanish.
