David is Partner within the corporate team of Bird & Bird in France.

With a dual training and expertise in corporate and tax laws, David has gained intensive experience in mergers &acquisitions, joint-venture, LBO and reorganizations, in advising both international and French companies. David is a member of the International Corporate Group of Bird & Bird and, as such, frequently assists on cross-border operations.

David also advises start-up companies and investment funds in private equity transactions.

He finally assists companies and managers on company laws and corporate governance.
