Rickard has extensive expertise of providing strategic legal solutions across the full range of corporate matters.

Rickard is a partner in the Stockholm Corporate practice group. He is also a member of the Real Estate and Tax practice groups and of the International Food and Beverage Interest Group.

Rickard’s practice covers corporate law and M&A; and he has considerable experience of private equity/venture capital transactions. His expertise also includes corporate restructuring, cooperation arrangements, securities law and commercial law.

Before joining us in 2000, Rickard was a partner of Gedda & Ekdahl (from 1997 to 2000) and a founding partner of Advokatbyrån Frie for 11 years. Prior to that, he served at Södra Roslags district court in Stockholm for two years.

Rickard speaks Swedish and English.
