Frank joined Bird & Bird in 2008. He focuses primarily on telecommunications, ICT and data protection law. He advises clients on various regulatory requirements, as well as on contracts, often with a regulatory component. He acts for them in legal proceedings before various courts and regulators.

Before joining Bird & Bird, Frank worked as a process and systems analyst and as project manager for a large European telecommunications provider. His involvement in large scale telecommunications and ICT projects has provided Frank with an in depth knowledge of his clients’ markets, technology and operational environments, to complement his legal knowledge.
