Jim Runsten is a partner and Head of the IT Sector Group. Jim is a commercial lawyer and specialises in providing legal services both on a national and international level.

Jim has considerable experience of advising clients, both suppliers and customers, on a wide range of IT-related issues. In particular, Jim has advised clients on complex local and cross-border IT and outsourcing transactions.
As a second area of focus, Jim advises many Swedish and international mining and exploration companies on their operations in the Nordic region.
He also speaks and contributes to articles and books on IT and e-commerce related issues, e.g. Internet Law and Regulation (Sweet Maxwell), and Handbook on Global Sourcing (ICC) and International Electronic Evidence (British Institute of International and Comparative Law).

Jim is listed as one of the leading IT-lawyers in the Who's Who Internet and E-commerce Lawyers 2009 and is recommended in the Legal500 and Chambers & Partners.
