Joyce has worked extensively with rights owners to provide them with practical advice and solutions on areas of intellectual property rights management, exploitation and protection

Joyce is a partner in the Intellectual Property & Technology Groups of ATMD Bird & Bird LLP in Singapore.

Joyce’s practice covers both non-contentious and contentious work in the area of trade marks, copyright and designs law. She provides advice and support to rights owners for protection and exploitation of their IP rights and also conducts raids and private prosecution for trade mark and copyright infringement offences on behalf of her clients.
She also assists rights owners from various industries including entertainment software, business software, automotive, publishing and fashion, in planning, managing and executing their anti-piracy programmes in Singapore.

Joyce graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB(Hons)) degree in 2004. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Singapore as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2005.
