Mikko Luukkonen is a senior associate based in our Helsinki office. He specialises in banking and finance, M&A, corporate law and real estate matters for domestic and international clients.
Mikko has experience on advising on and negotiating a wide range of financing arrangements and corporate transactions and has been acknowledged as a notable practitioner in banking and finance practice area by Chambers Global.
Mikko was educated in the University of Helsinki (LL.M) and has trained on the bench in the District Court of Lappeenranta. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, he worked as an associate in a major US law firm in Helsinki.
