Philipp Bahnmüller is a member of Bird & Bird’s Corporate Practice Group in Düsseldorf since May 2011. He provides legal advice to international and national clients in all areas of corporate law, particularly with regard to national and cross-border mergers & acquisitions.

From 2003 to 2008 Philipp studied law at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität in Tübingen. After his legal studies he worked at the legal department of the Porsche AG. During his legal clerkship he worked for international corporate law firms in Düsseldorf and New York (USA).
