Trystan is joint Head of Bird & Bird's International Finance Group.

Acting for both borrowers and lenders, Trystan undertakes a wide range of loan, project financing, leasing and other finance work and advises regularly on the financing and/or credit exposure aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. Practising in this field over successive economic cycles has given Trystan in-depth experience of handling restructurings and insolvencies from both a lender and company perspective.

Trystan also possesses considerable experience of derivative transactions, both in relation to the documenting of derivative products and in resolving disputes to which such transactions have given rise.
