Vladimír has over 10 years in-depth legal experience.

Vladimír heads the Real Estate Practice Group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is also a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution Group and Energy and Utilities Sector Group.

Vladimír’s expertise includes providing legal advisory in all aspects related to real estate work such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, landlord/tenant issues, property financing and development. He has participated in numerous complex transactions and projects acting for both local and international clients.

He also has extensive litigation experience, predominantly representing clients in real estate related issues, as well as providing support in mergers and acquisitions projects. His energy and utilities experience covers development of renewable energy projects, in particular photovoltaic and wind energy power plants.

Vladimír has been representing domestic and international clients from a number of industry sectors, including financial services, real estate and construction, energy, information technology, telecommunications and media, life sciences, and government or public sector institutions.

Vladimír has more than 10 years in-depth legal experience in the real estate and construction area. Prior to joining us, he worked for Linklaters, and for more than seven years for Lovells in Prague.
