Will is an Associate in the London Aviation & Aerospace Group.  His transactional work includes the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial and corporate aircraft.  In the Aerospace and Defence sector Will has advised clients in respect of ongoing commercial and risk management issues and in relation to purchase/sale standard terms and conditions. 

Will has also assisted airlines and tour operators on both commercial and regulatory issues relevant to the travel sector.

During his training Will spent five months on secondment with a major client of the firm providing commercial assistance on both customer and supplier facing issues during an intense period of renegotiation and business strategy change.
