Filtering
Owing to the prevalence of spam e-mail with malicious codes and attachments, we often treat unsolicited e-mails to functional as opposed to individual name, e-mail addresses as suspicious. This is especially the case where we were blind copied on the e-mail which will clearly have gone to multiple addresses. This is also particularly the case where the sender's details are not transparent or it concerns an area of law, or geographical location, in which we do not have a business connection.
Presumption of spam
E-mails received at the e-mail addresses above on this page will be judged in accordance with the above guidelines, and any others we deem appropriate, and so may be treated as spam or malicious e-mails and may not be replied to. To answer them could merely perpetuate the spam to the detriment of ourselves and third parties.
Unsolicited emails
