Bird & Bird's Abu Dhabi office opened in May 2011. The Middle East is an important area for many of our clients and contacts and this has been a key factor in establishing a presence in the region. Our Abu Dhabi office has a strong focus on the aerospace, defence and security, aviation, communications, energy and utilities, healthcare and life sciences, media and sport sectors.
The office has seven lawyers who represent a broad range of capabilities to maximise the opportunities in the region. Each lawyer is part of a wider international team and works in conjunction with our other 23 offices around the globe to provide the full range of legal services to our clients including commercial, corporate, EU and competition, dispute resolution, employment, intellectual property and real estate matters.
