Olivier combines strategic insights and broad corporate law knowledge when dealing with domestic or international M&A transactions and complex corporate law issues

Olivier is a senior associate in our corporate group based in Brussels. He joined Bird & Bird in 2006.

Olivier has a broad experience in M&A, corporate, finance and private equity transactions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance matters, joint ventures, real estate transactions and commercial contracts.

Olivier speaks English, Dutch and French and, besides his legal education, also holds a Bachelor degree of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Leuven.

Olivier was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2003.
