Eveline joined Bird & Bird in July 2006 and has over 10 years experience working in notarial law. She studied notarial law at the University of Leiden and started her career at Stibbe in 1995. Eveline specialises in notarial corporate law.

Amongst others she advises on: start-ups, re-organisation and restructuring of group structures and joint ventures, refinancing and securitisations, share transactions, mergers and demergers.
