Martin Tschäge is a member of Bird & Bird`s International Employment Practice Group. He advises national and international clients in all fields of individual and collective employment law.

After finishing his studies in Law at the University of Bochum, Martin did post-graduate studies in Law at the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand earning a master’s degree. In Wellington, Martin interned with a specialist law firm focusing on employment and social security law.

During his legal training in Düsseldorf and Munich, he was working in the employment team of one of the leading global law firms and in the employment law department of one of the largest global finance and insurance companies. Martin joined Bird & Bird in July 2009 and was admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar in July of the same year.
