Pin-Ping joined ATMD Bird & Bird as an associate in 2010 after serving her pupillage with the firm.
 
Pin-Ping graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) Second Class (Upper Division) Honours in 2009, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in May 2010. Additionally, she holds Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) First Class Honours and Master of Engineering (Chemical) degrees from the National University of Singapore. Pin-Ping is also a registered Singapore patent agent.
 
Before pursuing her law degree, Pin-Ping spent time drafting specifications for patent applications and prosecuting those applications to grant. She is familiar with conducting prior art searches, as well as patent infringement and invalidity analyses. Pin-Ping also has industry experience in the semiconductor sector, having worked as a process engineer in a high-volume wafer fabrication plant.
