Stefanie is a member of Bird & Bird's Corporate Practice Group in Düsseldorf. She advises national and international clients in a variety of Corporate and Commercial Law issues, including Mergers & Acquisitions and reorganisations. She focuses in particular on advising corporations in a financial crisis.

Stefanie is a member of the Energy Sector Group of Bird & Bird. She also advises enterprises from a variety of other business sectors outside the energy sector.

Stefanie joined Bird & Bird's Düsseldorf office in February 2007. From 1998 to 2003, Stefanie studied law at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg. In 2004 Stefanie attended Durham University, England, where she received a master's degree (LL.M.) in International Commercial and Trade Law. Stefanie published her PhD thesis on mergers. During her two year legal training from 2004 to 2006, Stefanie worked for an international law firm's corporate team in Düsseldorf.
