A training contract with us is an excellent opportunity for broad-based training in a fast-moving and challenging environment: you will take on responsibility from day one, carrying out varied and interesting work for great industry-shaping clients.
What we're looking for
17 trainee solicitors will be recruited during 2012. They will start with us in September 2014.
We consider applications from a variety of backgrounds. Excellent 'A' levels and a strong 2:1 or a 1st class degree are expected, but more importantly we look for well-rounded individuals who will fit in well in our environment.
The trainees we recruit are outgoing, articulate team players, willing to work hard when called upon and genuinely interested in progressing their careers.
The deadline for all training contract applications is 31 July 2012.
Please note that we encourage all prospective trainee solicitors to participate in our summer placements as this is our primary means for selecting future trainees.
The application process
The first stage of the application process is to complete our online application form.
We invite successful applicants in for a short interview with a member of HR and a written test. These interviews take place in June, July and August 2012.
Should you be successful following that stage you will be invited to attend our Insight and Selection day, which takes place in September 2012.
Successful candidates from the Insight and Selection day will be invited to attend a panel interview.
It's important to note that the Insight and Selection day is a part of the selection process. If you are unable to attend, unfortunately you will not be considered for an interview.
