Wolfgang Patzelt, a specialist in administrative law, is an experienced consultant in all fields of public law including public building and construction law, public planning law - especially concerning infrastructure projects - environmental law, the law of protection against intromissions and procurement etc.
Wolfgang advises both corporations and public entities concerning property development, urban development planning and the law on planning building projects. This includes the drawing up of contracts with municipalities, providing advice concerning the development plan as well as obtaining building permits.
In addition to this, Wolfgang provides assistance in the fields of planning, contracting, facility management and real estate, including trial conduct.
Wolfgang also manages infrastructure projects such as public road construction, airport planning etc. Apart from his expertise with regard to the planning law, Wolfgang also specializes in the law of compulsory acquisition of land, including compensation assessments and the drafting of contracts.
He also advises both public entities and bidders in national and international procurement bid challenges including the structuring of bids and compliance with public tender requirements, the negotiation of contracts, the preparation of the transaction documentation and tender submission, the conduct of bidding procedures and subsequent contract management. Furthermore, Wolfgang represents his clients in review proceedings including the filing of and defending against review applications on the administrative and judicial level.
Wolfgang studied law in Augsburg. Subsequent to this, he worked at a law firm in Munich which is specialized in public law, public building law, the law of project approval and expropriation. He was appointed specialist in administrative law by the Munich Bar Association.
