Dr Nadine Pahlke is a member of the Bird & Bird Intellectual Property Practice Group. She advises national as well as international clients in all fields of Intellectual Property Law, covering German, European and International Trademark and Design Law, Copyright and Unfair Competition. She focuses on the consultancy of clients of the pharmaceutical, medical devices and food industry. Nadine is a member of our Sector Group Life Sciences as well as of the Food & Beverage Group.

Nadine studied law from 1999 until 2005 at the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz and the University of Glasgow (Great Britain). There she completed her Magister Iuris (Mag. iur.) in 2002. During her legal clerkship from 2007 to 2009 she worked six months at the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Bird & Bird in Frankfurt/Main. Prior to her second state examination she finalized her dissertation and received her doctorate. She was admitted to the bar in July 2009.

Nadine speaks German (native) and English. She is a member of the German Intellectual Property and Copyright Association (GRUR).
