Giuseppe joined Bird & Bird’s Corporate Department as an associate in September 2007. He is based in the Milan office.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, Giuseppe worked as an associate at the Italian law firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo.

Giuseppe specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on both domestic and cross-border merger & acquisition transactions, venture capital and private equity investments.

His practice involves the representation of lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, construction companies and other project participants in relation to the syndicated and secured bank loans, and the development, financing and operation of a wide range of capital-intensive projects, including projects in the energy, with particular emphasis on the renewable energy sector.

Giuseppe regularly advises domestic and international financial institutions, investors and private equity funds, domestic and cross-border companies in connection with the financing, acquisition and maintenance of capital-intensive projects.

After obtaining a Law Degree (J.D.) at Universita of Perugia, Giuseppe was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 2008.

Giuseppe is fluent in Italian and English.
