Helena works on corporate and commercial matters with a focus on due diligence work.

Helena joined our Stockholm office in March 2010 and is a member of the Corporate practice group.

Helena assists both national and international clients in corporate and commercial matters in relation to investments, financing and transactions. She works primarily with clients active in the mining, IT and communications sectors.

Helena was educated at Stockholm University (LLM) and has previously worked as a legal intern at Assa Abloy.
