Ivana joined Bird & Bird in 2009 from an international advisory firm. Ivana's main areas of legal practice include general corporate and commercial law. Ivana's experience includes incorporation and court registration of business companies, general corporate agenda of business companies, due diligence processes, drafting of corporate and regulatory documents.

Ivana assisted clients who are active in a range of industries, including IT, telecommunication, real estate development, pharmaceutical industry and photographic and imaging industry. Ivana graduated from Charles University in Prague, faculty of law.

Ivana speaks fluent Czech and English.
