Laura is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department where she focuses on providing both contentious and non-contentious advice on technology matters.
Laura has been involved in a large number of electronics related matters including the Nokia v IPCom patent litigation (3G mobile communications) and the filing of third party observations to the European Commission on the Intel/McAfee merger (IT security). Laura’s experience also includes drafting and negotiating intellectual property arrangements and licensing agreements, where she draws on expertise acquired whilst working in-house on technology transfer at the European Space Agency.
Laura graduated from Imperial College, London in 2006 with a First Class Masters degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and holds an LLB from the College of Law.
Laura has contributed to legal publications, including the Journal of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents and Cyberspace Lawyer.
