Marco is an experienced construction lawyer with a particular focus on large-scale, property and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.

Marco is an associate in the Real Estate Group, based in London specialising in construction and engineering law.

Marco drafts and negotiates construction contracts (including building contracts, professional team appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees) for project sponsors, employers, contractors, developers and funders.

Having worked both in the UK and the Middle East, Marco’s international experience includes advising clients on all the construction aspects of major property developments, such as the iconic Shard of Glass development in London, public private partnership (PPP/PFI), civil engineering, process engineering, infrastructure and similar projects including several major engineering and infrastructure projects in Dubai of a combined value of over US$700 million.

Marco has developed particular expertise in the data centre sector advising data centre clients on numerous new projects in the UK, with a combined project value of several hundred million pounds.
