Radovan is a Senior Associate in our Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Commercial Groups based in our Slovak office.

His main expertise lies in corporate M&A, commercial and public procurement law. In addition, he is a very experienced litigator and advises clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency issues.

Radovan’s latest projects include advising a consortium of bidders consisting of STRABAG, Porr and Macquerie in relation to three PPP highway projects, which are the first of their kind in Slovakia.

He works closely with his clients, advising on a broad range of legal matters relating to the Design Built Finance Operate model, including public procurement issues, dispute resolution (advice in relation to the potential court challenge of a concession agreement) and financial, corporate and contractual law. Radovan has also gained significant experience in negotiations of the contractual terms with the public procurer.

Recently, Radovan represented a major secured bank lender in the largest restructuring proceedings ever to have taken place in Slovakia.

He speaks fluent Slovak, English and German.
