Rhonda joined Bird & Bird in 2011.  She handles contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, focusing in particular on the prosecution of trade mark, patent, design and domain name applications in Hong Kong, the PRC and other jurisdictions as well as the protection and enforcement of various intellectual property rights.  She also has experience in managing worldwide intellectual property portfolio for clients.

Rhonda was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in December 2004.  She has a Bachelor degree in Laws from the Manchester Metropolitan University (through SPACE of University of Hong Kong) and also holds a Master of Arts degree from University College London.

Rhonda is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
