Simon Fielder specialises in corporate transactional work focusing on M&A and corporate finance. Simon has particular experience in advising companies on flotation on both the AIM market and the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Simon has worked extensively with North American companies looking to expand their businesses or raise finance in Europe.
