Emily Clark advises on all aspects of UK employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.  She advises HR professionals on a variety of employment issues, including drafting employment agreements and policies, handling grievances and disciplinaries and terminating employment. 

She also has experience of conducting litigation in the employment tribunals and High Court and regularly assists with the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
