Fredrik has extensive experience of working on large complex outsourcing deals comprising several jurisdictions.

Fredrik is a member of our International Commercial Group and is the head of our Outsourcing Group in Stockholm.

He specialises in advising customers and suppliers involved in large, complex, local and cross-border outsourcing transactions including both IT and business process transactions within different areas, including both on shore and off shore agreements.

Fredrik also advises clients on a wide range of commercial and IT related matters, including legal aspects of agile development, cloud computing, e-commerce, systems integration projects, procurement, software licensing, development and maintenance and general commercial terms and conditions.

He is a regular speaker at sector events and writes articles for trade magazines.

Fredrik joined us as a Senior Associate in October 2011, having previously worked as General Counsel at Capgemini in Sweden and before that as a lawyer at one of the larger law firms in Sweden.
