Katia is a partner based in our office in Helsinki, and the head of our Finnish EU and competition practice group.

Katia has worked on a number of cutting edge competition law and public procurement cases for prestigious clients, both nationally and internationally. She also has extensive experience of advising on commercial and corporate merger and acquisitions (M & A) transactions. She has experience in litigation proceedings related to competition law and public procurement matters. Katia is recommended in the Legal 500 and Chambers law directories. Katia is the Chairman of the Board of the Finnish Association for Competition law having been a board member since 2006.
