Leena specialises in employment related matters and she is especially regarded for her experience in disputes.

Leena is an associate based in our Helsinki office. She is a member of the employment practice group.

Leena’s clients include domestic and international clients from both private and public sectors.  She advises on a broad range of employment law issues including transactions, employment contractual issues, the negotiation and termination of contracts, co-operation procedures, employee incentives and benefits and immigration. In addition, Leena has a particular focus on employment related disputes, litigation and arbitration. She is also a frequent and well-known lecturer on the scope of employment law issues.

Leena was educated at the University of Helsinki. She is a member of the Association of Finnish Lawyers and the Labour Law Association. Leena is also actively involved in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. In addition to Finnish, Leena speaks English, Swedish and French.
