Elina Kaura is an associate in Bird & Bird’s Corporate group and is based in the Helsinki office. Elina has experience in many aspects of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and equity transactions, as well as general contractual matters.

Her experience includes advising publicly traded companies as well as small private companies both domestically and internationally. Elina was educated at the University of Helsinki (LL.M.).
