Kaisa Keski-Vähälä is a senior counsel based in our Helsinki office. She is head of the Privacy and Data Protection Group in Finland and specialises in commercial, privacy and data protection and non-contentious IP matters for clients particularly in the IT sector.

Kaisa has experience advising on, and negotiating, a wide range of commercial arrangements, including IT procurement, intellectual property licensing and data protection and privacy issues.

She was educated at the University of Helsinki (LL.M.) and is an active member of the Finnish IT-law Association, The Finnish Industrial Property Rights Association and ITechLaw.
