Mikko has significant experience of advising on and negotiating a wide range of corporate transactions.

Mikko is a senior associate based in our Helsinki office. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, commercial, banking and finance and real estate matters. He has broad experience in advising on and negotiating a wide range of corporate, private equity and real estate transactions. 

In addition to his Finnish law degree (Master of Laws) from University of Helsinki, Mikko holds an LL.M. degree in International Commercial and Business Law from King’s College London, University of London.

Prior to joining us he worked in another leading Finnish law firm.
