Here are recent case reports on trade mark, designs, copyright and confidential information cases, including appeals from the UK Intellectual Property Office to the Appointed Office to the Appointed Person, judgments from the Courts (England & Wales) and decisions of the General Court (previously known as the Court of First Instance) and the European Court of Justice.

The reports are prepared monthly by our lawyers in the London IP department under Katharine Stephens' direction and published in the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys journal. To find a case report of particular interest, you can also search our archive by using the tool on the left.  The reports go back to January 2001.
