David joined ATMD Bird & Bird as an associate with the Intellectual Property & Technology Group in September 2011 after completing his training contract with the firm. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2011.

David graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 2010. As part of his university’s undergraduate exchange programme, David was selected to attend the University College London in 2008.

David has assisted with contentious intellectual property work such as litigation and domain name disputes. His non-contentious work experience includes assisting with trade mark prosecution, licence agreements and domain name registrations.
