Michael Zavodsky is a member of the Corporate/Commercial Practice Group in the Düsseldorf office of Bird & Bird since February 2011. He advises international and German clients on all aspects of commercial, distribution and corporate law. One central focus is the provision of support to clients in connection with the development and optimization of distribution and commercial structures.

Michael completed his studies in law between 2002 and 2007 at the University of Passau and passed his first state examination in 2008. Between 2005 and 2006, he completed a year abroad at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Michael had already worked for Bird & Bird offices in Düsseldorf and London during his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. He passed his second state examination in 2010.

He was admitted to practice as an attorney by the Düsseldorf Bar in March 2011.
