Bartłomiej has extensive expertise of leading disputes concerning un-fair competition acts, cross-border insolvency, construction disputes, intellectual property and securities.

Bartłomiej is the Head of our Dispute Resolution Group in Poland.

He has been advising leading corporate clients from construction, automotive and alcohol beverages sector since 1996.   Bartłomiej advises clients on dispute resolution strategies and policies, represents them and leads contract negotiations, especially infrastructural contracts based on FIDIC conditions.

His dispute resolution experience covers hundreds of cases, in which he has represented clients before Supreme Court,  common courts and administrative courts including Supreme Administrative Court.

Bartlomiej's expertise and practical experience also cover arbitration proceedings according to the rules of Polish Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Court,as well as ad hoc arbitration according to equity rules, internationale arbitration proceedings according to the rules of ICC and UNCITRAL as well as cross-border insolvency.

He is an appointed legal expert to the DCC.

Prior to joining us, he headed SKANSKA SA’s litigation team.
