Benoît practices at the Lyon office.

He holds a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies as well as a degree in Business Law and Foreign Languages (English – German) from the Grenoble Universities.

He joined the Intellectual Property department of Bird & Bird after two years of practice at Casalonga law firm (Paris) and several long-term internships in various law firms and companies both in France and abroad.

His area of practice covers IP matters (counsel and litigation) and more specifically issues and matters relating to trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names.
