Guillaume joined Bird & Bird Brussels in 2011.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, he worked in the intellectual property department of DLA Piper in Brussels and as a trainee in the Directorate Patent Law of the European Patent Office in Munich.

Guillaume completed his law studies at the Facultés Universitaires Notre-Dame de la Paix (FUNDP – 2005) in Namur and at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL – 2008). He also holds a master's degree in intellectual property law from the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel (KUB – 2010).

He was admitted to the Brussels bar in 2009.

Guillaume speaks French, Dutch and English and has a good understanding of German.
