Leah’s practice focuses on corporate representation of both private and public US and European technology companies. She has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on cross border transactions, corporate finance and venture debt transactions.
Leah’s M&A experience includes: representing the shareholders of MessageLabs Group in a c$700m disposal to Symantec; acting for the shareholders of Domantis Limited in a c£250m disposal to GlaxoSmithKline plc; acting for Danaher Corporation in its €450m acquisition of Leica Microsystems; and acting for private investor Atlantic Bridge Ventures in its £265m acquisition of Logica CMG Telecom Products.
Leah also acts for the leading European venture debt provider, Kreos Capital, on a variety of debt transactions; and has also assisted several portfolio companies in securing debt financings.
Leah’s non-transactional experience includes advising US and European clients on corporate governance and disclosure requirements and she has regularly advised companies in relation to establishing UK operations, group reorganisations and restructurings.
