Wojtech is the head of our Polish Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency team.

Wojciech joined Bird & Bird in Warsaw in May 2009. In his previous role, Wojciech specialised in corporate and banking law and M&A transactions. Prior to this he worked for a leading commercial firm in Olsztyn before practising as a corporate lawyer in Warsaw providing advice to investment and private equity funds.

Wojciech studied Law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń as well as Public Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and has been admitted to the Warsaw Bar of Legal Advisers as an apprentice.

Wojciech has 5 years experience of legal practice and speaks Polish and English.
