His main area of practice is in patent litigation.

Yves has acted for many clients ranging from small highly specialised companies to leading organisations.

Yves Bizollon was admitted as lawyer in 1982 and began his career as an associate in the IP Department of Lamy, Véron, Ribeyre & Associés where he specialised in various areas of intellectual property law including patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and unfair competition.

Yves became a partner at Lamy, Véron, Ribeyre & Associés, has closely worked with Pierre Veron for 15 years,  before heading the IP Department.

He is Professor at CEIPI (Strasbourg), a lecturer at Centre Paul Roubier and teaches regularly at Montpellier Law University.

Yves is a member of many professional organisations such as APRAM, EPLAW, AAPI, GRAPI.

He is the past President  of the AIPPI ( International association for the protection of the Intellectual Property) French Group and was previously vice-president of the AAPPI.
