We welcome Stephen Walters as Partner in our Paris office and International Corporate Practice Group.
Stephen focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and is qualified in both French and English law. He has strong experience in energy, financial services and life sciences, making him an excellent fit for our sector focused corporate practice.
We have developed our corporate expertise significantly as we see increased opportunities for application of deep sector knowledge to complex transactions. Stephen is our eighth new partner for our corporate group this year, with three internal promotions and five lateral hires, four each in Asia and Europe.
